Helen Sarama Obituary

Helen Elizabeth Sarama, age 88 of Rockwall, Texas, and previously of Palm Springs, Calif. for 20 years, passed away October 11, 2010. She was born August 9, 1922 in Ellwood City, Pa., to Michael and Nancy (Tuminello) O'Tousa. Helen proudly served her country in the United States Army as a nurse during WWII. She then went on to practice as an RN for Dr. Lowry in Glendale, Calif. for many years until her retirement. Helen was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her daughter, Nanci Morris of Myrtle Creek, Ore.; brother, Anthony O'Tousa of Silver Spring, Md.; sister, Anna Marie Sims and husband Jerry of Calif.; grandchildren, Kirsten Kneis and husband Michael of Peekskill, N.Y., Megan Bauchman and husband Kenny of Rockwall, Texas; and great grandchildren, Noa Bauchman and Gianna Bauchman, both of Rockwall, Texas. Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Sarama in 1974; and four siblings. No services are scheduled.
