Jaime Garza family, I saw a bumper sticker that said: Life is short, but Heaven is forever!
You will see your husband again, your father again. It will a glorious reunion. Be strong and be at peace! GOD is with you! GOD has been faithful to you, to all of us, to allow Jaime to be with us for so long. He was a man of GOD, a miracle in our midst. He was loving, funny, caring, strong, faithful, forgiving of others, peaceful, joyful, trustworthy, gentle, meek, devoted to GOD, devoted to his wife and children, committed to his church and his work, a protector, a giver, a seeker of GOD… I’m sure we could all think of more. All of these virtues are yours to pick up and put on. They are a gift, a blessing, from your father for you to wear every day of your life. It may be like a big shirt that doesn’t fit you at the moment, but it will. Know that you truly are your father’s son, your father’s daughter, your husband’s wife and all that he instilled in you is still there for you to become the Man of GOD and Women of GOD that you are destined to be. Parents always want their children to exceed them... your father was a GREAT man. I can’t wait to see what each of you will become for the glory of our Heavenly Father. I am my brother-in-law’s brother. I miss you my friend.

Pat and Boys,
Jaime and your family were the most encouraging and supportive and respected family while I was the Pastor at Indio Assembly of God Church.
Jaime will always have a special place in my Heart. I know he has a special place in Heaven.

Family of Jamie Garza; our deepest sympathy goes to you , with many heart felt prayers. i remember him as a little boy helping his dad and George with the gardening at my home in the Sandpiper back in the seventies. he was always SO devoted. we loved him very much and know you all have gone through agony for so long. he was truly a man of god from the beginning. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to know Jaime, and call him my friend. I pray for Pat and the family that the faith that Jaime had and lived will sustain them in the days, weeks, and time to come.
