Joe Cardona Obituary

January 19, 1923 – August 17, 2010 Joe R. Cardona was born in Riverside, Calif. and lived briefly in San Diego before relocating to Palm Springs in the early 1950's. He was owner of Roman Tile, a tile contracting company, until his retirement. Joe is survived by his son Tommy Cardona, his wife Sherry and their two children along with his daughter Laura Giddings, her husband Rod, their four children and grandchildren. In addition, Joe has four sisters, Evelyn Negreti, Chona Aldama, Lola Mendoza and Irene Ybarra as well as his brother Richard Cardona along with many nieces, nephews and other extended family members. He will be missed by all. No services are planned although there will be a gathering for family and friends on Saturday, October 9, 2010. For details, please call 951-927-1699.
