Dear Gill family, we will miss your Dad. He and your mom were wonderful and caring people. Judy played tennis with Jane for years and Mike golfed with Rocky at Waverley and Thunderbird. We are sorry to miss the memorial. We will be out of town that day. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you, however.
Suzanne- our daughter, Melinda Mason, sends her condolences. Blessings on all of your families.

Rocky and I were best buddies growing up in Lebanon from the first grade thru high school and were roomates at the Beta house during my time at the UofO. My first wife Ardie and I double dated with Rock and Jane during the last couple of years in high school. Lost track of them when I joined the Navy in '51. Rocky and I had lunch in Bend shortly after Janes memorial and spent several hours reviewing "the good 'ol days". I'm glad I had this time with him. Sincerest sympathies to the family for their great loss.

I had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Rocky when he was counsel to the Northwest Public Power Association,
Last saw Rocky when he and Jane were having lunch and enjoying each others company at a sidewalk table in Palm Desert

Rocky was a "Rock" - a man of no pretension. We shall miss him always and wish to send our deepest sympathy to his entire loving family. How lucky you were to have him. Jean & Milan

Rocky is one of my favorite people of all time! He and Jane were the most gracious hosts I've known - I am the fortunate recipient of their hospitality and friendship over many years. "Unpretentious" is the word I've read that describes Rocky and the entire Gill Family - and truly a great compliment to him and his clan. One can only wish to live a life so full.
