Vera, I am so sorry for your loss, I just heard about Lorraine's passing. I will always remember Lorraine as she was a sweet and kind hearted person. I enjoyed her being in my sixth grade class, and was honored to have been her teacher. My prayer s are with you and your family. Mrs. Grant-Wirth.

When she came into the library, our faces just lit up. She had what I call 'soft power'. Without demanding or yelling, her very presence made a difference in how other teens behaved. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten by the Coachella Library staff and teens.

Hey, Vera. It still feels so sureal. Heh, i guess thats the kind of impact she had on us. We consider her, as well as all you guys, family.
