Mike Moulton

1975 - 2010

Mike Moulton of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Monday, October 25, 2010. During the last couple of days he was surrounded at his bedside by many family members and friends as he fought for his life. He was born July 17, 1975 in Bakersfield, Calif. Mike attended high school in Tehachapi, Calif., Bakersfield Junior College and California State San Bernardino. Mike "Lava" Moulton was a passionate golfer, in particular the sport of long drive. He was a long drive professional who did exhibitions for corporate, junior golf and charity events worldwide. Mike was a gentle soul, wonderful son, father and friend who will be missed by all he touched. Mike is survived by his beloved daughter, Ashlee; and loving parents, Don and Kathy Moulton; and extended family members. He is also survived by his fellow long drive professionals, his many friends from golf and all walks of life. A Memorial Service celebrating his life is scheduled for 11:00 AM on November 11, 2010 at Water of Life Community Church, 7625 East Avenue, Fontana, CA 92336.
