On April 8, 1995 Myron was married to Mary Manderscheid. During his years of retirement Myron kept busy as a starter at Indio Municipal Golf Course and bartending at Harry's Hoffbrau and the American Legion of Palm Springs, Calif. Mary and Family,
When Myron came into your life your whole circle of friends lit up and embraced him with a great hoooo-hawwww. What a terrific guy with a remarkable gift for story telling and making everyone feel extra special. Buzzy and I will always remember watching the olympics with ya'll especially the gymnastics events with Buzzy's hand up in the air and saying "Myron you missed it again" Sooooo much fun. He is now on the back nine playing the best round ever without pain.
We loved knowing Myron and thank him for all the great times and wonderful memories.

Dear Mary and Family,

My thoughts and prayers go out to you during this time of loss. Myron was a wonderful man to whom I had the honor of knowing. I always told Myron he was the second Myron I had known in my life as my Grandfather was the other. Myron reminded me of him with his sense of humor and courageous demeanor. He will be greatly missed.
