Richard Jankowski Obituary

Richard Jankowski, 68, of Indio, Calif. passed away September 24, 2010 in Palm Desert. He was born October 22, 1941 to Emery and Lucille Jankowski in Milwaukee, Wis. Richard worked in tire-related sales for over 40 years. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1960-1962 as E-3, USS Sculpin (Rescue Diver). He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Csutak of Seattle, Wash.; his son, Larry Jankowski of Pahrump, Nev.; his sister, Sue Hogencamp of Patterson, Calif.; his cousin, Wayne Wianecki of La Quinta, Calif. and three grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be from 1:00-5:00 p.m., Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 82319 Cochran Dr., Indio, CA 92201. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Arrowhead Arts Association, P.O. Box 1930, Lake Arrowhead, CA 92352.
