Eventually, Teddy and Dolores moved to Indian Wells practicing medicine in the desert until his death, September 18, 2010. Teddy's passion for the game of golf has been transmitted to his children and grandchildren. He was a member of many country clubs in the desert, Thunderbird, Indian Wells, PGA West, and Sunrise. Teddy and Dolores enjoyed a home in the desert and a beach condo in Coronado. Dr. Fredericks is survived by his wife, Dolores Fredericks; his children, Deborah Hazelton; son-in-law, Michael Hazelton and Dr. Craig Fredericks.
