Tracy McBride Obituary

Tracy Angela McBride, 30, of Palm Springs, Calif. passed away September 7, 2010 in Palm Springs. She was born April 28, 1980, to Dennis and Belinda McBride in Palm Springs, Calif. She worked in the restaurant business for 13 years. She is survived by her daughter, Nevaeh "Queen Bee" Godinez of Palm Springs; her sister, Dayna (Steve) Smith of Thousand Palms; her brother, DJ McBride of Desert Hot Springs; Uncle Richard and Aunt Debbie Godinez; Uncle Mike and Aunt Terry McBride; Aunt Connie McBride; Grandfather Ray McBride; nieces, Kaylie and Lauryn Smith and Ashley McBride and many cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, father Dennis McBride (Jan. 2000); mother Belinda McBride (Aug. 2006); Grandmother Doris McBride (Oct. 2004); and Uncle Jimmy McBride (Feb. 2001). Celebration of Life will be from 3-6:00 p.m., Wed., September 15, 2010 at Cimarron Golf Club, Cathedral City, Calif. In lieu of flowers, a fund is being set up for Nevaeh Godinez, c/o Dayna Smith, P.O. Box 2064, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270.

Dear McBride & Gondinez family, My deepest sympathy for the loss of Tracy. My husband and I met her at Islands in Palm Desert and absolutely fell in love with her. Whenever we would come in, no matter what station she was at, she would come over and give us a hug and say hi. She always made us laugh. She never held back, always said what was on her mind, too, remember when she found out she was pregnat with Nevaeh. She was so excited. Our lives have all been blessed with knowing her. We fell in Love with Tracy from our one visit! We will always, remember her crazy laugh and witty personality!!!
