Martin Lamm, 85, of Rancho Mirage passed away June 17, 2013 in Rancho Mirage. He was born April 11, 1928 to Michael Lamm and Esther Seidenberg Lamm in Philadelphia, Penn. He served in the Army from 1948 to 1950. He was a supporter of the Law Enforcement Memorial Fund, the Jewish Big Brothers Association, Angel View, and the Sloan Kettering Cancer Institute. He was a volunteer for Jewish Family Services JFS Senior Transportation, Friendly Visitors Home Visitation, and as an office assistant. Martin was a tireless advocate for veterans. His efforts helped veterans obtain Aid and Entitlement Benefits through his outreach program that continues in his honor. He was preceded in death by his sisters Mary and Rosie Lamm. Memorial services and inurnment will be held July 8, 2013 at 2:15 at Riverside National Cemetery
