Albert Rea Bradley, 85, of Desert Hot Springs, Calif. Died October 16, 2013 in his home. He was born December 29, 1927, to Samuel James Bradley and Elsie M. Warrman in the Village of Inkster, Michigan. He married Dorothy A. Ross on July 24, 1965 in Santa Ana, California. He was a General Contractor for 65 years and sold Life Insurance for several years. He was President of Irvine Kiwanis Club, Life Member of Santa Ana Elks Club, Elks Club of Desert Hot Springs, Member of the Aircraft and Pilots Assoc, First Member Executive Committee of Mission Lakes CC. Director of California State Builders Exchange, and past President of Orange County Builders Assoc. Mgmt Rep for Orange County Carpenters Apprenticeship Comm., and Past President of Orange County Life Underwriters. He served in the US Marine Corp from 1944-1947. He is survived by his daughters Laura Cleary of Newport Beach, Calif., Deborah Wilder of Riverside, Calif.; son Mark Bradley of Denton, Texas; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy R. Bradley, the Love of his Life. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., December 26, 2013 at Elks Lodge, Desert Hot Springs, Calif. The family suggests that donations be made to Elks Lodge in Desert Hot Springs, Calif.

Rea & Dorothy were our dear friends & brother Elks while we lived in DHS. He cooked St Patrick's Day dinner for many years & was a very active Elk. We will all miss him very much.
