Marlene Chaney Obituary

April 14, 1934 – March 13, 2010

Marlene Chaney, 75, of Bryan, passed away on Saturday, March 13, at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan.

Visitation and a funeral service are set for Friday, March 19, from 11a.m.until the time of service at 1 p.m., at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Interment will be at Bryan City Cemetery.

Marlene is the daughter of Aliene Davenport Warner, of Bryan, and James F. Warner Jr. She was born in Galveston, Texas and retired as an LVN. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi. She adored her family unconditionally, and she was Christian by faith.

Preceding her in death are her two sisters, Frances Claire Warner and Ann Rachel.

Survivors include her adult children, Susan and her husband, Tom Swan, Glen and his wife, Kristina Rutherford, Clyde Rutherford, Sharon Lane, Nancy and her husband, Terry Davis; her aunt, Josephine Warner; sixteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
