Dave Anderson, 41, passed away Monday, June 6, 2011, in Kurten, Texas. Services are set for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Chapel, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive in Fort Worth. Burial will follow in Bourland Cemetery in Keller, Texas.
Dave was born in Austin, Texas. During his short life, he was a kind and gentle son and brother, and a devoted father.
His sense of humor was classic, his compassion unending, and his sacrifices for others unsurpassed. The void his passing leaves in the lives of so many is immeasurable.
He was employed as a Senior Applications Developer within the Texas A&M University System where he was highly regarded and respected by his peers.
They, too, will miss his laughter in the halls and friendship in the office, as well as his superior work as a Developer in a career he loved.
He is survived by two children, Matthew David (7) and Meredith Michelle (6); his mother, Linda Anderson Soriano and husband, Leo, of San Diego; sister, Michelle Anderson Shepherd and husband, Jackson, of College Station; seven nephews, Daniel Perrette and family, Christopher Perrette and family, Scotty Shepherd and family, Joseph, Nicholas, Lee and Jake Shepherd; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
