To all of Floyd's family members. I was very saddened to hear of Floyd's passing. His father, Bob, was a fellow soccer official and one heck of a coach for many years who help mold Floyd's character as I remember it. I remember his daughters, Abby & Cory, as excellent examples of passing along his personality traits.

I have only good memories of Floyd. He was a person of character, who stood for what he believed to be right. I imagine he was following his own unique path in the Virgin Islands. Many never do; so that, at least, is a blessing. I'm sorry for your pain in this time of separation and hope you find encouragement in your memories of his true and courageous spirit.

Dear Martha, Lee, & family . . .
I was so saddened to read of Floyd ("Ky" ) in THE HOUR this AM. My deepest condolences to you all. Though it's been many, many years, I still have fond memories of the fun we had in the neighborhood. I can still picture him in his tan Levis (they were so popular in the mid '60s!) Also, I remember how he excelled at soccer! Words mean so little at a time like this, but you are in my thoughts and prayers. May you all know of no more sorrow.
Fondly,
Roberta Gottlieb
