Kimberly Louise Norris

Kimberly Louise Norris
October 24, 1989 – August 31, 2013
Kimberly Louise Norris, 23, beloved daughter of Liz and Harry Norris passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2013. She was a life-long Norwalk resident born on October 24, 1989. Kimberly went to Marvin Elementary School, Nathan Hale Middle School, and Trinity Catholic High School.
She held an Associate's Degree in Architecture. Kimberly was a student at the University of Connecticut, studying Business Technology and planned to graduate this winter. Kimberly was a gifted writer and artist with a great sense of humor. Her love of family never ended. Kimberly was a “firecracker” and an amazing person to know. A good friend to many, she was happiest when helping others.
Kim entered this world with an intense personality…so intense, she was able to live an entire lifetime in less than 24 years. Kimberly's compassion and kindness will live on in all of those she left behind. Loving daughter, sister, aunt, and friend, Kimberly had a way of keeping her family and friends on their toes. Her kindness and spunk will live on in their hearts.
Left to cherish her memory are Kimberly's two favorite nephews, Jacob and Sawyer Heffern along with her parents, Thomas Norris and Elizabeth (Frank) Norris of Norwalk, her siblings and their spouses: Melissa and Troy Heffern of Trumbull, Michael and Marissa Norris of Redding, and her “little brudder” Gregory Norris of Norwalk. She also leaves her grandparents: Dorothy Norris of New Canaan and John and Louise Frank lifelong Norwalk residents currently based in Florida. Her godparents, John Frank Jr and Sharon Frank Ten as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends will always remember her with love.
The wake will be held at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Norwalk on Wednesday from 4-8PM. The funeral will be held at Noroton Presbyterian Church in Darien on Thursday at 10:30.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests you contribute a little kindness to the world in memory of Kim.
