Shirley Gall Obituary
Shirley Collette Morris Gall, 83, of Shelton, went home to the Lord on Thursday, June 20, 2013. She was predeceased by her husband Stephen Gall in 2011. Born in Maesteg, Wales, Shirley was the daughter of the late John and Dorothy Morris. She met her late husband Stephen in W.W.II and came to America to wed and raise a family.
Shirley leaves behind two brothers, Raymond Morris and his wife Muriel of Danbury, CT, and John Morris and his wife Roma of Castro Valley, CA, a sister- in-law Eleanor Spadaccini of Wakefield, RI, five children – Stephen Gall of Rocky Hill, CT; Darryl Gall and his wife Mary of Shelton, CT; David Gall and his wife Denise of Boulder, CO; Susan Vickers and her husband Peter Masanotti of Fairfield, CT; and Jeffrey Gall and his wife Darice of Woodbridge, CT, and 13 grandchildren (Stephen, Vanessa, Darren, Danielle, Melissa, Nicole, Kaitlin, Lauren, Robin, Peter, Christopher, Olivia, and Sophia), 10 great grandchildren (Zachary, Amber, Taylor, JC, Sade, Arielle, Kira, Gavin, Mya, and Emerson), and wonderful neighbors Eric and Sue Christensen. She will be deeply missed by family, relatives and friends, but her spirit will be everlasting. Special thanks to the caring hospice nursing staff at Bridgeport Hospital.
Friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday June 28, 2013 in St. Joseph Church 424 Coram Ave. Shelton, CT. Burial will follow in the Lawn Cemetery Shelton. At the request of her family there are no calling hours.
Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to The Fr. McKenna St. Vincent DePaul Center 237 Roosevelt Drive Derby, CT 06418, or the American Cancer Society c/o the South New England Region 38 Richards Ave. Norwalk, CT 06851-2318.
The Riverview Funeral Home 390 River Road Shelton has been entrusted with her arrangements.

Dear Gall Family -
We are so sorry to hear about Shirley. I have such fond memories of her from when I was a child. I remember coming over to Aunt Lizzy's house and going downstairs to see the kids and Aunt Shirely and Uncle Steve here there visiting. She will truly be misses. Our thoughts are with you all.
