Allen Hoyt, age 68, of Norwalk, died on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Stamford, the son of Catherine (Cherry) Frederick and the late Howard J. Hoyt, he was the loving husband of Deborah (Hersey) Hoyt for 31 years. A draftsman and designer in the aerospace industry, he worked for BAE in Yonkers, NY. Allen enjoyed spending time at his farm in New Hampshire, riding quads and being in the company of his sons and beloved “grandchild” Sharpie. In addition to his wife, he is survived by 2 sons; Travis and Cody Hoyt of Norwalk, his mother Catherine and a sister Candyce Hoyt both of Stamford, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
