Azallee Perdue
Azallee Perdue was born on January 8, 1934 in Orangeburg, South Carolina. She departed this life on Monday, July 9, 2012 in Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT after a brief illness.
She was educated in Orangeburg Public Schools and later relocated to Stamford, CT where she met and married her loving husband of fifty-two years, Stafford L. Perdue (Muff) who preceded her in death.
She worked for 22 years as a Cafeteria Employee for the Stamford Public School System
Mrs. Perdue leaves to cherish her memory two sons Gordon L. Perdue (Carol) of Norwalk, CT, Sterling Perdue of Stamford, CT; two daughters Rochelle Perdue Boyd (Clint) and Joyce Perdue (Maurice) both of Stamford, CT; three grandsons; two granddaughters; two great-granddaughters and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Her family will receive friends from 10:00 AM till 12:00 PM on Saturday, July 14, 2012 at the Union Baptist Church, 805 Newfield Ave., Stamford, CT. A funeral service will be held immediately following the wake at 12:00PM with the Rev. Dr. Robert W. Perry officiating. The interment will be private.
