Constance Tober, age 68 of Surfside Beach, SC, formerly of Rowayton,CT, died on August 27, 2012 in South Carolina. Born in NYC, the daughter of the late Benjamin and Ann (Nabholz) Mangels, she was the beloved wife of Ronald Tober for 46 years. She enjoyed vacationing in Aruba and spending time with her husband, family and many friends.
Constance is survived by her loving husband Ronald, her mother-in-law, Jean Tober, brother-in-law Robert & his wife Betty Tober, nieces Susanne and Deborah and their families and her loving cousins.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, Sept. 5 at St. Matthew Church, 216 Scribner Ave, Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery, Norwalk.
