Frances A. Marsan
Lifelong Norwalk Resident
Frances A. Marsan, age 85, a lifelong Norwalk resident, passed away April 12, 2013 in Wilton Meadows Health Care. She was born on December 11, 1927 and was a daughter to the late William Jessie and Lucy Syring Robinson. Frances enjoyed playing cards & dominos and she loved her sweets.
She is survived by her loving children, a son Paul M. Marsan and his wife Kathy of Plainville; two daughters, Barbara Kilburn and her husband Rudy of Highland, Utah; Jean Thompson and her husband Beres of Norwalk; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother William Robinson and two sisters Shirley Gilbertie and Elsie Barker.
A memorial service will be held on April 20, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery, 81 Riverside Ave. Norwalk's Hoyt-Cognetta Funeral Home & Crematory, 5 East Wall Street has been entrusted with arrangements. Please visit www.norwalkfh.com for more information.
