Norwalk Resident
John Robert Moore, of Norwalk, beloved husband of Martha Boddy Moore, passed away June 27, 2012 at Stamford Hospital after a well fought fight with cancer. He was 57.
Friends may call on Monday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Collins Funeral Home, 92 East Avenue, Norwalk. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at the NEW TIME OF 9:30 AM in the Church of Assumption, 61 North Cliff Street, Ansonia, CT. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Peter Cemetery, 219 New Haven Avenue, Derby, CT.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's memory to the Carl & Dorothy Bennett Cancer Center at: The Cancer Care Fund, The Stamford Hospital Foundation, Stamford Hospital, 1351 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT 06902.
