Luke Davis
Luke Davis of Norwalk, departed his earthly life on August 6, 2012. He was born in Sumter, SC, October 4, 1930 to the late Thomas McFadden and Katie Davis Lesesne.
Upon graduation from high school he matriculated at Morris College in Sumter. He served in the United States Army for four years, After being honorably discharged he established residence in New York City. He was employed for many years as a master craftsman for automotive and furniture upholstery in both New York and Connecticut.
Survivors include sisters, Mary Lesesne (Lauderhill, FL), Jannie Richardson (Baltimore, MD) and son Derrick. Special cousins, Will, Odell and Vivian Kingwood and Marcus Davis were most helpful to him throughout his illness. He will be missed by a host of other relatives and friends.
