Rebecca O. (Ross) Ferris
Rebecca O. (Ross) Ferris of New Milford. After previous victories, Bobush succumbed quietly and comfortably to a hated disease on September 23, 2012. Becky was the True Love of her husband, Alfred, for over forty years and Mother to three, David, Rebecca and Daniel. She was a Grandmother to two, Jacob and Robbie; a Special Mother to three, Adela, Karyn and Rob and dear friend to many.
She was born in Norwalk on January 5, 1948. She was an artist and designer, once in flowers at Lennie's, once in memories at Madeline's. She shared herself and her radiating laughter with everyone she ever met. She warmed our hearts as much as she filled our bellies.
The family would like to thank the New Milford VNA Hospice, especially Kathy and Sherrie, to whom we cannot express our gratitude sufficiently. Our thanks, as well, to the many people who extended themselves during our time of need. We would like to invite everyone who knew Bobush to our home on September 30th for a celebration of her life. Rest in peace, Honeybun, Mommy, Bobush, Mommae.
