Robert Sydney Anthony III
Robert S. Anthony born September 12, 1961, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, August 31, 2012. He was the loving and caring son of Robert and Patricia Anthony of Clinton, CT. Bob attended the University of Connecticut, received a Bachelor's Degree from Bridgeport University and studied International Political Economy at Harvard University. After having a successful career with PepsiCo he moved to Cambridge and started his own internet business, Preferred Systems, LLC. Bob formed a wonderful network of friends especially those from Cambridge Brewing Company where he worked as well. Bob's genuine and thoughtful ways touched the hearts and lives of many.
In addition to his parents, Bob leaves behind his sister Kim Brooks and her husband Dave Brooks of San Diego, CA and his sister Missy Kwalek and her husband Todd Kwalek of Milford, CT. He also leaves behind his nieces and nephews whom he loved and adored, Lexie and Erik Brooks and Kevin and Emily Kwalek. Bob's caring and gentle soul will be cherished forever.
A “Celebration of His Life” service was held at Cambridge Brewing Company, 1 Kendall Sq, Building 100, Cambridge, MA, on Monday, September 3rd . Donations may be made in memory of Bob to the Boston Children's Hospital, Children's Hospital Trust, 401 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02215-3354.
