Lea was pre-deceased by her husband, Robert F. Lupinacci.
Lea led an active life. She enjoyed going to the opera with "The Girls" and spending time with her grandchildren. She was the office manager at Wilton Hospital for Animals which was perfect as Lea was passionate about animals and dog rescue. She was involved in the Sheltie Rescue of New England and Longshore Southport Kennel Club. Lea also served as secretary for the American Kennel Club (AKC) of Western Massachusetts and was the owner of Brigadoon Shelties.
When Lea wasn't spending time with her family, she loved going on new adventures. Sky diving, hot air ballooning, and snow boarding were among her favorites. When traveling the world, Lea loved looking for inspiration for her other passion, home renovations and decorating. She had a real eye for antiques. Lea will especially be missed by her roller derby team. Keep on rollin' Girls!
Mom could always be counted on for a smile and a laugh, so we know she would have appreciated the embellishments. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sheltie Rescue of New England, c/o Pam Mannes -President, Longshore Southport Kennel Club, 2 Maple Street, Wilton, CT 06897.
