Dear Family and Friends of Dr. Eileen Kelly:
Visiting Nurse Service recently learned of the passing of Eileen Kelly. Our clinicians have voiced how much they enjoyed providing Eileen with home care services during her time of need.
The grief you are experiencing at this time is natural but it can become overwhelming as the realization that life will be forever changed because of the loss of a dear one. This is why we want to make you aware of the bereavement services offered by a partner agency of ours – Hospicare of Tompkins County.
You can learn more about Hospicare services by calling (607) 272-0212 or by visiting their website at www.hospicare.org. Their programs are open to all community members regardless of whether hospice services were used by your loved one.
Each of us grieves in our own way but never alone. Our clinicians want to express how much they cared for Eileen and their hope that you will find comfort in the memories that will live on forever within you, your family members and friends.
We were honored to be a part of your loved ones life.
With Care and Concern,
