I was a longtime member of ICON, and Jack was so wonderfully dedicated to our group. I won't forget him. My thoughts are with the family.

I met Jack at our Guthrie Rehab program with Ginny Graydon. We had a lot of interesting conversations while our group exercised. We were like a family in our group before they closed it down. Jack will be sorely missed.

It was a great pleasure to meet Jack when my husband and Jack were having chemo treatments. They talked quite often and were able to focus on something else besides why they were there in the office. I am sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
