Cortland: Janice "Jan" M. Warner, 70, of Cortland, NY, died March 4, 2014 at Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. Born December 22, 1943 in Ithaca, NY, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Helen Lucus Rhoads. She is survived by her sons, Dennis (Linda) Rhoads of Groton, David Warner of Versailles, KY, and Christopher (Stacie) Warner of Cortland; grandchildren, Matthew and Andrew Rhoads and Shelbie Warner and soon to be expected Paislee Warner; as well as her siblings, Daniel (Judy) Rhoads of Horseheads, Darrell (Lori) Rhoads Sr. of Lansing, Carolyn Stevely of NC, Connie Armstrong of Lansing and Jackie Beckwith of Groton; along with numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. prior to the services on Saturday, March 8, 2014, at the Zirbel Funeral Home, 115 Williams St., Groton.
