Addie Ragsdale McNeely

Addie Ragsdale McNeely, 94, died Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, at White Oak Manor.
A service is scheduled for Friday Nov. 23, 2012, at 2 p.m., at McLean Funeral Directors Mahaffey Chapel.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23, 2012, at the funeral home.
Mrs. McNeely was born Feb. 2, 1918, in Chesterfield County. She was the daughter of the late John Franklin and Glennie Pigg. She was a homemaker. She was a lifelong member of Second Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene M. McNeely; her son, Ronnie S. McNeely; her brothers, William, Archie, and Jimmy Ragsdale; and her sister, Mary Catherine Knight.
Mrs. McNeely is survived by her sons, Franklin McNeely and wife, Jo, William 'Billy' McNeely and wife, Jackie; daughter, Mary Ann Baker and husband, William, all of Lancaster; sister, Janie Courtney of Lancaster; special niece, Louise Gravley of Pickens, and great-niece, Cathy Laney of Lancaster; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
