Beulah Lee Cauthen Adams(1924 - 2013)

Mrs. Beulah Lee Cauthen Adams, 89, passed away Sunday morning, April 21, 2013, at White Oak Manor in Lancaster surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Adams was born March 28, 1924, in Lancaster County, the daughter of the late Mr. Jessie Barber "Bob" Cauthen and the late Mrs. Lula Belle McMurray Cauthen. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Adams was also preceded in death by four brothers, William Brown Cauthen, Emmitt Cauthen, Stanley Cauthen and J.B. Cauthen; two sisters, Betty Baker and Joyce Workman; and one infant son. She was a homemaker and was an active member of the Lancaster Church of God. She was a devoted Christian Godly woman who loved the Lord, her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Adams is survived by three daughters, Patricia Adams Elliott and husband, Roger, of Hartsville, Judy Adams Walters and husband, Mike, and Linda Beal Knight and husband, Keith, all of Lancaster; two sons, Kenneth Mike Adams and wife, Cheryll, of Simpsonville and Leo Adams of Heath Springs; one brother, Crawford Eugene Cauthen of Lancaster; two sisters, Becky Wood and husband, Sam, and Peggy Evans, all of Lancaster; 10 grandchildren, Reggie Shute and wife, Stephanie, Rhonda Walters Vincent and husband, Kim, Pamela Walters Hinson and husband, Darren, James Beal and wife, Kelly, Elizabeth D. Beal, Edward Adams and wife, Angie, Michael Ray Adams, Jacob Tutterow, Dennis Adams, and Crystal Adams Vincent and husband, Tim; 17 great grandchildren, Payton Shute, Olivia Vincent, Ava Vincent, Matthew Wright, Preston Wright, Ethan Hinson, Trevor Hinson, Keely Beal, Laney Beal, Benjamin Adams, Evan Adams, Kalob Adams, Jazmyn Adams, Hanna Adams, Dennis Adams, Jr., Brandon Vincent and Ryan Vincent. Funeral services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Adams are today, April 24, 2013, at 2 p.m. at the Lancaster Church of God, 1437 Great Falls Highway, Lancaster, SC 29720, conducted by the Revs. Donald Hawkins, Al Brigman and Doug Martin, with burial to follow in Lancaster Memorial Park.
