EDGEMOOR – In the early hours of the beautiful spring morning of June 11, 1957, the Lord blessed Tommy and Angela Blackwell with a beautiful daughter, Melinda Lynn Blackwell. She was married to the love of her life, Harry "Kookie" Williams until she passed away at the Medical University of South Carolina on July 21. Of the Baptist faith, Lynn loved her maker and her family. She was employed at Bowaters in Catawba for 32 1/2 years. She had nieces, nephews and friends who loved her dearly.
