Nell P. Perry, 91, died Friday, Sept. 13, 2013, at Springs Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 27, 1921, in Lancaster and was a daughter of the late John Douglas Seal Plyler and Emmaline Carnes Plyler and was married to the late George W. Perry. She worked for the state of South Carolina, Department of Social Services Lancaster as an administrative assistant for more than 40 years. She was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church where she served as the treasurer for 17 years.
Survivors include many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased
by her parents; her husband; brothers, Gaylord Plyler and John Plyler and sisters, Cora Carnes, Mary Funderburk, Mildred Hershburger, Carrie Plyler and Vivian Eufala Plyler.
Services were Sunday at McLean Funeral Directors of Lancaster.
