Lancaster – Mrs. Pauline Missouri Roberts Cooper, 93, died Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, at Lancaster Convalescent Center.

A service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, at First Pentecostal Holiness Church. The Revs. Jerald Starnes and Tim McKenzie officiated. Interment was at Lancaster Memorial Park in Lancaster.
The family received friends from 1 to 1:55 p.m. Monday at First Pentecostal Holiness Church. At other times, the family will be at the home of John "Jimmy" and Julia Cooper, 1364 Cedar Pine Lake Road, Lancaster.
Mrs. Cooper was born April 13, 1920, in Great Falls. She was a daughter of the late Martin Ashley Roberts and Lela Gibson Roberts. She worked for Springs Industries as a spinner hand. She was a member of First Pentecostal Holiness Church. She was a loving mother and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Cooper; and son, Needham Cooper.
Mrs. Cooper is survived by a daughter, Jeauwan McManus of Lancaster; two sons, John Cooper and his wife, Julia, of Lancaster, and Kenneth Cooper of Fort Lawn; a sister, Evelyn Goude and her husband, Gilbert, of Lancaster; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
