Mr. Ronnie Dale Barrett Jr., 37, of Lancaster, passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014.
He was born Jan. 31, 1977, in Lancaster, a son of Sara Jane Todd and the late Ronnie Dale Barrett Sr. Mr. Barrett was a member of Frontline Biker Church. He was a Gamecock football fan and enjoyed music, dancing, X-Box and playing with his nephews, Luke and Shawn Carter. He loved kids and going to the beach.
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Barrett is 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, at the chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Cotton Pate officiating.
Mr. Barrett is survived by his mother, Sara Jane Todd of Lancaster; two sisters, Stacey Barrett Carter and her husband, Nick Carter, and Tawny Barrett of Waxhaw; four brothers, Scott Barrett, Jeff Barrett, both of Lancaster, Tanner Barrett and Tucker Barrett, both of Waxhaw; his grandmother, Bobbie Miller of Lancaster; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Dale Barrett Sr.; his grandfather, Bernice Todd; his grandmother, Peggy Gillispie; and his grandfather, S. A. Barrett.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home, 1536 Caskey Road, Lancaster.
