Mrs. Patricia Ann "Pat" Nix Price, 67, of Lancaster, wife of Thomas Price, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 21, 2014 at her home.

She was born Jan. 16, 1947, in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Newton Nix and Margaret Neely Nix. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.
She was retired from Duracell. She loved to travel, especially going to the mountains. She loved to play the piano, doing crafts and calligraphy for the Shriners. She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed listening to Shane play the piano. She was a member of the Great Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church.
A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Price will be held 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at the Chapel of Lancaster Funeral Home with the Rev. Roger Knight and Mr. James Faile officiating. Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park.
Mrs. Price is survived by her husband, Thomas Price; three sons, Shane Price of Lancaster, Charles Price of Great Falls and Steven Price of Chester; a daughter, Amanda Price of Great Falls; 12 grandchildren, Katelyn Johnson, Makenzie Price, Jeremy Price, Meredith Price, Hanna Price, Ava Grace Price, Samuel Price, Clayton Price, Autumn Price, Beth Price, Madison Wright and Zacharie Wright; and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Nix.
The family received friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home, 2668 Country Club Drive.
