Rick served on the Kalkaska Rotary, Kalkaska Memorial Health Center Board of Directors, and Munson Health Care Board of Directors.
An avid basketball, golf, and tennis player, Rick was a nature enthusiast who loved camping in the Upper Peninsula, hiking and cross country skiing in the woods with his dog Juniper, and fishing and boating with his family near his Torch River home.
