1922 - 2013 | Obituary Condolences
Keith A. Sieting, 90, of Cheboygan, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2013 at his home. He was born on May 23, 1922 in Kalkaska, the son of the late Earl and Celia (Smith) Sieting.
Keith was a veteran serving our country in the US Navy during WWII. He married Dorothy B. Derendinger on June 4, 1946 in South Lyon. After working 34 years for Ford, Keith retired in 1981. His hobbies included gardening, hunting and being in the "Great Outdoors". Keith was a member of the American Legion and was the past commander of the American Legion Post in Luzerne.
Surviving Keith are his children, Becky A. (Keith) Doepker of Moran and Mark S. (Sharon) Sieting of Luzerne; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Preceding Keith in death was his wife, Dorothy; his children, Brenda Bredemeyer , Terry Sieting and Deborah Wadham ; grandson, Brian Doepker; and siblings, Glenn Sieting, Carl Sieting and Ada Childers.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 3 at 11 a.m. at Lodi Cemetery. Military Honors will be provided by the Fife Lake American Legion Post.
