Covington, Mary Louise  
Louise Covington Mary Louise Covington, age 86 of Guthrie, KY, went to be with her Lord and Savior, December 13, 2014 at her home. She was born in Christian County, KY, July 29, 1928 to the late Herschel Porter and Lurlene Fears. Mrs. Covington was a member of Guthrie Baptist Church. Her family, her church and her home were the loves of her life. You may have known her as Louise, Aunt Louise, Mrs. Covington or Mrs. "C," but her favorite names were Mama and Granny. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Harry Covington Jr., by a son, Harry Covington III, and half-brother, Eugene Fears. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Lou Zeka (Tom) of Hendersonville, TN, and Helen Morris (Ray) of Clarksville; sister, Betty Connor (Fred) of Hendersonville, TN; and brother, Lowery Fears (Windy) of Russellville, KY. She has three grandchildren, Clay Lewis (Jennifer) of Clarksville, Allison Willingham (Bay) of Austin, TX, and Audra Langley (Jim) of Guthrie, KY and four great-grandchildren, Morghan Lewis, Maclayne Lewis, Hunter Willingham and Hadley Willingham. The family will be receiving guests on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m. at the Guthrie Baptist Church. Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Tuesday afternoon at 2 p.m. at Guthrie Baptist Church with Stephen Childers officiating. Interment to follow in Bellwood Cemetery in Adams, TN. Expressions of sympathy can be given to the Guthrie Baptist Church, P.O. Box 447, Guthrie, Kentucky 42234. Cook-Webb Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

MSG (Ret) Dumas Crawford MSG (Ret) Dumas Crawford, age 67 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, December 14, 2014. A celebration of life service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the chapel of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Won Chul Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, and from 11 a.m. until the hour of service on Thursday at the funeral home. Dumas was born on May 2, 1947 in Moss, TN, the son of Rue Crawford and Bertha Coons Crawford. He is a retired veteran of the U.S. Army who worked with 5th group Special Forces as a Mechanic Supervisor for Lear-Seigler, Inc. He was a member of United Church. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Sun Chong Crawford; son, William Ray (Renee) Crawford; daughters, Cynthia Crawford, Cheryl (Donnie) Clark, and Iylish Crawford; brothers, Charles-Dee (Pam) Crawford and Roger Crawford; sisters, Demple (Danny) Parrish and Delma (Frankie) Boone; 6 grandchildren.
