Dottie Beatrice Turner, age 91, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home in Clearwater, FL on January 8, 2013.
Born August 1, 1921 in Hebert, LA, she was the twelfth and last surviving child of Charlie and Lona Wheeler. Dottie was preceded in death by William Dale Turner, her husband of 45 years; her youngest daughter, Barbara Glasco Zeoli; her first grandson, Rick Gibson III, and her first great-grandchild, Joseph Michael King.

She was a long-time member of the Women of the Moose
, and was a Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics for 42 years. Dottie was an annual Mary Kay Miss Go-Give. She had a great Mary Kay unit, Turner's Tigers, and she loved her company, her girls, and worked nearly to the end of her life. And, yes, Dottie drove a Pink Cadillac in which she and her best friend, Fay Mitchum from Erin, TN, traveled all over the South, usually visiting each other's relatives.
Gayle spent a week just before Christmas with her Mom, and Fay spent 5 days in Florida with Dottie just a week or so before she passed away. We will miss her.
