Ashley Nicole Ashworth, age 19, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, September 19, 2016, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Ashley was born September 26, 1996, in Clarksville, TN, to Mandrell Ashworth and Cecilia Gustafson.
Ashley was a 2014 gradate of Northwest High School.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 24, at 3:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Pastor Anthony Daley officiating. Burial will follow at Sango Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, September 24, from 10:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
In addition to her parents, Ashley is survived by her maternal grandparents, Herb and Mary Gustafson of Clarksville; paternal grandmother, Vanessa Hubbard of Newton, TX; three brothers, Antwain Easton of Clarksville, Jamar Hunter of Beaumont, TX, and Terrell Ashworth; two sisters, Jaelyn Ashworth and Jacey Ashworth, both of Mesquite, TX; aunts, Brooke Gustafson of Clarksville and Kanessa Hubbard of Newton, TX; uncle, Devon Reed of Oak Ridge, TN; niece, Alana Ashworth of Clarksville; and cousins, Everette Gustafson of Clarksville, Katelyn Reed of Oak Ridge, TN, and Wesley Reed of Oak Ridge, TN.

I'm so sorry to hear about the loss of Ashley. I will miss her visit to TX to see her family here. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. We loved her dearly and we will see her again. God bless!
