Velera Norfleet
Velera Norfleet, age 61 of Palmyra, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at Patient's Choice Medical Center, Erin.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Lone Oak Baptist Church, with the Rev. David Mackens officiating. Burial will follow in the Hutchison Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 a.m. Thursday at the home of her daughter, Tonya, located at 4259 Old Metal Rd., Palmyra, TN, and also from 12 Noon until the hour of service Friday at Lone Oak Baptist Church.
Velera was born April 14, 1951 in Dickson Co., daughter of Robert and Dora Mae Baggett Hutchison. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her fiance, Anthony Kelly; children, Michael Towe of Palmyra, Jean Casdorph of Clarksville, and Tonya Myers of Palmyra; and siblings, Joe Hutchison, Edward Hutchison, Molly Neblett, Margaret Chandler, Doshie Hodges and Vera Gibson.
