AUBURNDALE - Mr. George Wesley Andrews, age 86, a resident of Auburndale, passed away 11/20/12 at Good Shepherd Hospice due to heart failure.
Mr. Andrews was born 9/12/26 in Clearwater, FL, to Frank & Elizabeth Andrews. He was a Polk Co. resident for the past 41 years. He was a retired salesman in the trucking industry and was a United States Navy veteran. George was a member of the WH Moose Lodge and enjoyed his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Catherine; brother Melvin & granddaughter Jessica Bryant.
George is survived by his loving family: son: Frank (Dana) Pullen of Colorado Springs, CO; 6 daughters: Diane (Mark) Morris of Placerville, CA, Teresa (Ken) Monday of Winter Haven, Tammy (Mike) Parmer of Auburndale, Betsy (Scott) Whitworth of Kenton, TN, Melanie (Robert) Brown of Eagle Lake, Dawn Andrews of Marietta, GA, sister: Betty Sutton of Auburndale, 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Sat. 11/24/12 at the Kersey Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park. Visitation will be held before from 10-11.

Tammy and family I am so sorry about your dad He was a very nice man and I enjoyed talking to and him while at RAI he and mom had a hard struggle but now God said that is enough. God Bless my prayers are with you.
