ALLISON, SARA J. - Winter Haven  
SARA J. ALLISON, 85 WINTER HAVEN - Sara J. Allison, 85, of Winter Haven passed away on April 28, 2015. She was born in Trenton, MO, and moved to this area from Grandview, MO, 41 years ago. Sara was a beloved wife, mom, and Granny. Being married to an Army veteran, and being stationed throughout the U.S. and Germany, she devoted her time to her husband and children. She was a member of many clubs on the military base, as well as being a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed painting, gardening, cooking, keeping up with politics, and spending time with her extended family. Sara was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Allison, Jr. She is survived by her children, Patricia Hopwood of Winter Haven, Bob Allison of Winter Haven, John H. Allison III of Doyelstown, PA, and Cindy Herold of Tampa, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Sara will be placed to rest with her husband at Florida National Cemetery.

CAMERON, FLOYD WILLIAM "BILL" - Springfield  
FLOYD WILLIAM 'BILL' CAMERON, 82 FORT MEADE - Floyd William 'Bill' Cameron, 82, 'The World Traveler' passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. Bill was born January 2, 1933, in Springfield, OH. Bill was a veteran in the US Army. After his time in the Army, Bill became a travel agent for 25 years. He also enjoyed gardening and Bill took care of flowers for Fort Meade City Hall, Fort Meade worship Center and other friends & neighbors. Bill is survived by two brothers, Larry Cameron and Jerry Cameron both of Springfield, OH. Three nieces and one nephew. A graveside memorial service will be announced at a later date. CLEVENGER, HAYDEN L. "LARRY"  
HAYDEN L. 'LARRY' CLEVENGER, 91 LAKELAND - Hayden L. 'Larry' Clevenger passed away on March 3, 2015. He was born February 27, 1924, to Hayden and Frances Draper Cleven-ger, an East Texas pioneer family. He grew up as one of 3 siblings in Corpus Christi, TX. He spent nearly four years as a Naval Aviator, until the end of WWII. Married in 1946 to Dorine Menear, he pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas, Austin, and moved to Lakeland, with two small children, to work for Food Machinery Corp. in 1951. His career in citrus led to a long-active membership in The American Society of Agricultural Engineering, and he remained a member of the Naval Reserve until 1970. He retired from FMC in 1977, but in response to a friend's request for temporary help, he went to work for ten more years at Bordo Citrus in Winter Haven. Larry was always active in church activity, a member of Presbyterian Church in the Highlands from the time of its inception. He and Dorry enjoyed ranch life, extensive travel, summers in Idaho, and 55 years of square dancing with Buttons & Bows, Florida's Oldest Continuing Square and Round Dance Club. Preceding him in death were his parents, a brother, Joe Clevenger, and a sister, Elizabeth Howell. Left to cherish his memory, besides his wife of 68 years, are daughter Kathleen Rodriguez. (Charlie) of Victor, ID; son Col. Ken Clevenger, USA Ret'd. (Joan) of Alcoa, TN: and grandson, Robin D. Rodriguez, (Emily) of Indianapolis, IN.; four nieces and four nephews, and two step-great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service, reception following, will be held at the Presbyterian Church in the Highlands, 1010 Lake Miriam Dr., Lakeland, on Saturday, May 16, at 2 PM.

ENDLY, RUSSELL WILLIAM  
RUSSELL WILLIAM ENDLY, 87 WINTER HAVEN - Russell William Endly, 87, of Winter Haven, FL, passed away on April 20, 2015. Russ was born on April 8, 1928, in Cambridge, Ohio. He loved electronics, and he was a Boat Captain at Cypress Gardens. Russ loved people and was very active in Church, both in Ohio and Winter Haven at the First Christian Church. He was a loving husband to Shirley for 64 years. Russ is survived by his wife, Shirley Endly of Winter Haven, FL; his son, Mark Endly of Indiana; his daughter, Beth Jackson of Cambridge, OH; his brother, Jerry Endly of Cambridge, OH; his sister, Janet Patterson of Cambridge, OH; his sister, Artie Stage of Byesville, OH; his six grandchildren; and his 10 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on May 6, 2015, at 2:00 pm at the First Christian Church, 29 7th Street S.W., Winter Haven, FL. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.

FRANCES L. FORD, 70 WINTER HAVEN - Frances L. Ford passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2015, at Winter Haven Hospital. She was a compassionate & dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend with the most kind, loving gentle spirit. Frances was preceded in death by her father Arthur Thrasher; mother Jeanette Alexander; step father Walter 'Shorty' Alexander; daughter Con-nie Gail Ford and son Steven Lee Ford. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Edwin W. Ford; daughter, Christina Peterson (Jack-ie); three grandchildren, Kendra Gonzalez, Kaley Peterson and Jade Peterson; six siblings, Betty Grady, Joyce Cox, David Thrasher, Kathy Driskell, Sarah Smith and Dennis Alexander. A memorial dinner will be held for family and friends on May 9th, 2015, at Turning Point Worship Center, 1400 East Georgia Street, Bartow, FL, 33830, at 5PM.

DONNA M. HOWELL, 48 Pre School Teacher LAKELAND - Donna M. Howell, 48, died April 30, 2015. She was a lifelong resident of Lakeland and worked for the Polk County Pubic School System as a pre school teacher. She was also a member of First Baptist Church at the mall. Miss Howell was preceded in death by her father, Robert L. Howell. She is survived by her son, Rodney Costine; daughter, Caitlin Raines; mother, Judith Howell; sister, Dianne Gee; aunt, Marcia (Mike) Neuhofer; uncle, Frank (Michele) Howell; nephews, Cody and Jacob and several cousins. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens with a visitation one hour prior to the service.

LINTS, WILLIAM MITCHELL "BILL"  
WILLIAM 'BILL' MITCHELL LINTS, JR., 81 LAKELAND - William 'Bill' Lints, Jr., 81, passed away on May 1, 2015. Bill was born in Chester, PA, and moved to Lakeland in 1955 after serving in the USMC during the Korean War. He was a beloved and respected teacher in the Polk County Schools. Bill also worked for the Fish and Game Commission as well as for the Lakeland Auto Auction in their security division. This loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather is survived by Beatrice, his wife of over 56 years. He is also survived by his sons, William III (Ceritta) and James (Magally); daughters, Mary Corley (John) and Janet McNeil, as well as 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. The family requests that donations be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Bill's name. Gentry-Morrison Cremation Center
