HAMILTON, 52
LAKELAND - John W. Hamilton, 52, of Lakeland, Florida, entered into eternal rest on March 8, 2015. He was a member of Springhead Baptist Church, and of the Lakeland Amateur Radio Club.
He was preceded in death by his mother Sandra S. Hamilton. He is survived by his father Bart T. Hamilton; sister Donna Haynes (Jody) of Lakeland; and nieces Kelly Cici, and Megan Haynes.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, March 12 at 11:00 A.M. at Hopewell Funeral Home, 6005 CR 39 S, Plant City, where the family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 A.M. Interment to follow at Springhead Cemetery, Lakeland. Expressions of condolence at

John, may you Rest in Peace my friend until we speak again. The 2 meter Band is quiet without you on everyday. I miss talking to you and reminiscing of old movies and yester years. Even thou we haven't met in person it seems like I have known you for years. Soar like an Eagle my friend until we meet. God Bless
