Thinking of you today Mary, and hoping you are feeling better. Rev Jon Betz shared you have been having some health struggles. I know you hurt your wrist, while visiting your family, and were trusting the Lord for your knee or hip. I left Florida early April, so have not heard yet if your surgery has happened yet. Really missed you at the 12pm Friday prayer time at Shirley's'. It was a time I looked forward to each week. It was a small group ,but the Lord was always there. I know almost a year has passed since your dear husband graduated to heaven, and I pray that your sweet memories continue to bring you comfort and peace. Be blessed Mary by the love the Jesus has for you.

You probably will not even remember me,as I was very new to the Sunday School class you and your dear husband were a part of. Only two or three times he added some comments, to Lois' fine teaching. The first time I came in February, I had not had breakfast, so brought my yogurt to class. He was sitting very close to the mini kitchen that is part of the room. He tried to find a spoon for me, and finally found a tablespoon that worked. He only had to contribute a few times, and I sensed in my "spirit" he was both a learned and Godly man. The first contribution was shortly after the inauguration of your new President Trump. I could sense his tremendous love and compassion for the political and spiritual state of his country. As a Canadian, God has placed a deep love in my heart for your Country. I know that your new President was God's choice and divinely appointed for such a time as this.I have just watched on my computer,as I am back in Canada, your husband's Memorial Service.I cannot tell you how moved I was to hear his story. and to see how the Lord, guided him throughout his ministry, and how obedient both you and he were to the voice and leading of the Holy Spirit. Bless you Mary, as you grieve such a great loss. I feel blessed to have met you both, and will continue to pray that the peace of Jesus will cover and protect you and your wonderful family What a legacy your children and grandchildren have received from you both. God Bless you and keep you, as you continue to serve our great Saviour.
