LAKELAND - Infant Chase Daniel Mott was born and passed away on May 15, 2011 in Lakeland.
Chase is survived by his parents, Danny and Katina Mott of Polk City; a brother Austin Mott; and sister Alyssa Mott. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents David and Brenda Mott of Auburndale; and maternal grandparents Larry and Pam Tullis of Winter Haven.
Services will be held privately.
Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale, serving the family.

Katina and Danny, I am so very sorry for your loss.I know that this is probably one of the hardest things in life that you will ever have to face. Even though he never breathed a breath his heartbeat along with yours,He moved and grow within you forever woven into your hearts.Chase is amongest angels in gods glory.I pray Tuesday brings your family comfort as you celebrate the Son,Brother,and Grandson that was chosen to be in the presence of God.Send up a balloon for me.You guys are in my heart and prayers.

There is a quote that I found very comforting when I lost my baby.- "An angel in the book of life wrote down my babies birth, and whispered as she closed the book...too beautiful for earth". Sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for your loss....children are a blessing from God, and sometimes He decides to take them back because He needs them up there with Him. We don't know why. I am praying for your family in this difficult time...hugs to your family!
