FRANK SCHWARZ Obituary
SCHWARZ, Jr., 77
LAKELAND - Frank H. Schwarz, Jr. passed Monday night June 11, 2012 from a long battle with lung cancer. Frank was a 20 year retired U.S. Marine Corps Captain and retired from FlightSafety International as a second career, although he said he never worked a day in his life.
He is survived by his wife, Toni; his son, Jim Schwarz; his step-children, Rameh Preston and Matt Preston; his daughter-in-law, Becky Schwarz, and several grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 23, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Christ Lutheran Church located at 2715 Lakeland Hills Blvd. in Lakeland. The interment will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a future date. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be given to Moffit Cancer Center, Tampa, or Good Shepherd Hospice.

I'm truly sorry guys! Frank was a man that welcomed me every time I came to the house with stories of gators that got to close and with hospitality of a true gentleman! If ya need anything you know I'll be there yesterday! Love you guys, please send your mom condolences!

Toni, we only met a few short months ago during what I like to call our late afternoon Tuesday chats. So I know you'll understand when I say it was Frank who let me know he is now among the angels watching over you. Yes, there is a hole in your heart but you have wonderful memories and a great family who will be able to help you transition into the next stage of your life.
