David,
I am so very sorry to hear of your Father's passing. May you somehow, find peace again. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Brother.

Reading the notice in the paper has deeply saddened my wife and I. Both of us have considered Norman with the highest regard and friendship. My wife and I consider knowing him as one of the most fortunate experiences in our lives. Norman's passing had left and emptiness that will be very hard to fill. Sadly, our medical practice has lost someone we enjoyed having as a patient for the last 13 years.

Norm was a good man, a brilliant person. My heart goes out to his sons who lost their mother, Cora, just over 3 weeks before. Norm and Cora were rightfully so proud of their boys. Overwhelming would be a good choice of words right now.
