BRADT, 93

LAKELAND - Mr. Raymond H. Bradt, 93, died November 23, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice due to natural causes.
Mr. Bradt was born in Binghamton, New York on October 22, 1918. After serving in the U. S. Army, Mr. Bradt came to Lakeland in 1954 from Binghamton, NY, and worked for Prudential Insurance until his retirement. He was an avid bowler and golfer.
Mr. Bradt is survived by his wife Karen Bradt of Lakeland; sons Darryll Bradt of Clermont, Dennis Bradt of Tampa, Mark Bradt of Sarasota; daughter Diana King of Clermont; step-son William Meyer of Lakeland and step-daughter Holly Verplanck of Lakeland. Also surviving are 15 grand children and 18 great grand children.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 1 to 2 PM with funeral services to follow at 2 PM in the chapel of Lakeland Funeral Home.
